A moral questioning of Nationalized Healthcare

The premise of nationalized healthcare is to remove the financial constraints of availability so that the less fortunate, economically, can benefit.


My question for those who support this model (ahem, Obama, HillaryCare, etc.) is if the limited supply of healthcare provided in this country is not issued based on monetary means, by what means will the supply issued?


Demand will always exceed supply of healthcare and to assume that somehow adequate supply can be provided to all with the urgency, availability, accessibility, and choice they demand is naive.


With that said, by what means if not be price will the supply of healthcare by proportioned in a government controlled system? By age, race, population area, veteran status, first come first serve, severity of illness, etc?


Money is the single equitable means with which to "price" the supply of healthcare without discrimination. So for those seeking to remove money as the "price" element, please tell us how healthcare will be rationed, who decides how, and by what means will it be rationed?
